We have well facilitated Physics, Chemistry, Biological science labs that provides requisite hands-on experience method of teaching and learning. It has become an integral part of our activities. Our well-equipped laboratories help our children to gain good practical knowledge.
Digital classrooms
Our classrooms have digital display boards and projectors. SGS believes that teachers can support their teaching with online information to make more sense to the students. Now a days the world of Internet has lot of information on the subjects which are being taught in class. Our digital classrooms make learning fun and enjoyable to students.
Large Sports Campus
Sports is good for health and for children, It gives them manhood, courage, teaches them team work and coordination. Providing education and sports in a holistic manner at the same time ensuring excellence in all its aspects is the hallmark of SGS school.
We do have inspiring spaces that are safe and inclusive and improve wellbeing. Our sports campus provides diversity in learning experiences and plays opportunities and promotes social and environmental responsibility.
SGS also has cricket Net pitch which saves practice time and allows more people to train at once.
Modern Library
SGS believes “open a book and you open your mind”. Our modern library is one that students visit often and it’s easy for them to find the books they want to read. The library room is big enough.
We do have many books in our library which keep our students abreast with the latest developments across the globe our library facilities diverse life skills, thereby enhancing personal development in young children. We do believe reading promotes curiosity, innovation and critical thinking. Our library inculcates desirable study habits in our students.
Computer Labs
Internet enables computer lab with over 30 computers to meet the students’ Information Technology needs. Trained and experienced teachers provide both theoretical and practical lessons for students to help them navigate a rapidly changing technology driven world.
The Computer Hardware & Networking labs resources are well-suited for teaching computer hardware and networking concepts to students. The computer labs are well-equipped to support various computing needs and provide a modern learning environment for students. By providing hands-on experience with various hardware and software components.
Extra Curricular
Our school offers a wide range of sports activities in the curricular and co-curricular programmes. These activities run throughout the year so that the students are able to get involved and develop their skills. Students are provided with opportunities to participate in the Inter house (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow) competitions.
We also conduct various contests like elocution, debates, essay writing, quiz etc. We encourage and motivate our children to participate all the activities. SGS provides opportunity for children to participate in singing, dance, English drama etc during school programmes. We celebrate various important events in assembly which help students to know the important of such days.
